SHIPPING

All orders are processed same day when received before 3pm EST Monday through Friday. Items shipped from the FS warehouse ship within 48 hours. Items marked as ‘dropship’ will ship direct from the manufacturer within 2 to 5 days of the order being placed.

Please make sure your address is complete and includes Apartment or Unit #’s. We do ship to APO, PO Box and UPS Store addresses but you must include a Billing Address for the credit card IF it is different to the shipping address (or it will delay your order).

HOW WE SHIP PACKAGES: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) using discreet, plain boxes or USPS mailers only. On Standard Shipping the carrier choice is determined by your address and the most efficient and cost-effective route. IF you have a preference you can inform us and if your preference is more expensive, we can give you that options for the additional cost.

STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping Costs for all domestic packages are a flat rate $9.95 for orders up $99.95 in value. Orders over $99.95 in value ship for FREE. 

Canadian Shipping Costs are:
•    Orders up to $30 Value $16.99
•    Orders $30.01 to $60 Value $24.95
•    Orders $60.01 to $100 Value $34.95
•    Orders $100.01 to $190 Value $44.95
•    Orders over $190 Value $54.95

Please note we only ship to the U.S.A. and Canada at this time.

If you require Expedited Shipping, then call in your order for a quote 1-973 227 1965. We will quote you the actual cost the carrier charges us on Expedited routes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note higher value orders and packages being delivered to apartments will normally require a signature.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We aim to have happy customers and as such operate a liberal returns and exchange policy. In the case of exchange or refund please contact us via email at femshapeinfo@gmail.com OR call us direct on 1-973 227 1965 to make the request. You will then be issued with an RA number (Return Authorization). For a return there is a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund along with our shipping cost to you. For exchanges, please include a note inside confirming the size required in exchange.

For returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping cost back to FS and we strongly advise you pay to insure the package and track it so you know it reaches us. On exchanges, FS pays to re-ship the exchange to the customer.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED: Undergarments including Bras, panties, padded panties, cannot be returned/exchanged once they have shipped. Special Order prosthetics are also non-returnable once the order has been received. All items that cannot be returned are clearly labelled as such in their description.
