FAQ

  • DO YOU SHIP DISCREETLY?
    Yes, all packages are plain brown boxes/mailers or USPS (United States Postal Service) boxes. There are no identifying marks on the outside to indicate the contents. The shipping label simply says “FS” rather than “Feminine Shape”.
  • HOW DO I SIZE MYSELF?
    Where applicable, each product includes Size instructions. If you are in any doubt about measuring yourself for the correct fit then please call at (973)-227-1965 or email us at femshapeinfo@gmail.com.
  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
    We send confirmation emails when you place the order and again once we have shipped the order (along with a tracking number). At anytime in the process feel free to email femshapeinfo@gmail.com or call us at (973)-227-1965 for an update.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    For all in-stock orders we ship within 48 hours and most domestic orders take 2 to 5 days to reach their destination. Please note that items clearly marked as ‘drop-shipped’ are dispatched to you from the manufacturer and can take 2 to 5 days before the order is shipped. If you need Expedited Shipping we recommend you call in the order (973-227-1965) to check availability and cost.
  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
    At this time you can use all major credit cards and Paypal to pay for your order online or over the phone (973-227-1965). You can also phone in an order and after we have confirmed the cost including shipping you can send in a Money Order or send us a Western Union Money Transfer (we can tell you how to do this). Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
  • WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?
    We will but you must include the Billing Address for the credit card used as well as the Shipping Address. Failure to include the correct Billing Address will delay your order. We also ship to APO, PO Boxes and UPS Stores as long as the Billing Address you give matches with the credit card.
  • HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
    Follow the instructions in our Shipping and Returns Policy for making Returns and Exchanges. Please also note the products that are excluded from being returned/exchanged.
  • CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
    If the order has not been shipped and is not a special order item you can contact us and we can cancel and refund you less 15% re-stocking fee. If the order has shipped you can return it to us un-opened and upon receipt of the package we will refund you less 15% re-stocking and less our shipping cost. If you refuse a package and it comes back you will be refunded less 15% re-stocking fee and less our shipping cost.
  • DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
    At this time we ship to the USA and Canada only.
  • WHAT DO THE BREAST FORMS ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?
    Our high-quality, affordable breast forms come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The product photos displayed on our site have been censored to keep FeminineShape.com family-friendly/PG. Please email femshapeinfo@gmail.com for unedited photos of all our products.
